Xorxios at HostMilano 2025: Specialty Green Coffee and Certified Training for Professionals






The coffee exhibition will feature four exclusive pavilions representing the entire supply chain, from green bean to cup, under the name SIC – Salone Internazionale del Caffè, making it a global reference point for both participating companies and visiting professionals.


World Barista Championship


Additionally, in this 2025 edition, HostMilano will once again host the World Barista Championship, the most prestigious competition in the coffee industry, bringing together the best baristas from around the world. While this championship has been held in Milan before, this occasion is particularly special: it marks the 25th anniversary of the WBC, a milestone that makes its return to Host even more significant for the industry and one of the major attractions of the fair.


Specialty Green Coffee: Quality and Differentiation


We will be presenting a carefully selected range of specialty green coffee lots available for cupping sessions. Discover new lots and microlots freshly arrived from countries such as Colombia, Brazil, Ethiopia, Kenya and Mexico, among others.

Certified Training for Industry Professionals


Knowing how to evaluate the physical and sensory characteristics that determine coffee quality is a key factor for all companies and professionals working directly with green coffee, whether from the perspective of raw material knowledge or processing and preparation.

  • Evolved Q Grader program certified by the SCA.
  • Specialized coffee roasting training.

  • Cupping tables featuring different origins. Our team has organized several sessions to enjoy excellent coffees from both traditional and experimental processes.
  • Meet the producer: join us on the 19th at 11:00 a.m. for a cupping session led by Cristian Molina (Cadefihuila Cooperative) and discover first-hand all the details behind the featured coffees.
  • Masterclasses led by Master Cupper Rolando Cañas, CQI and SCA certified Q instructor, who heads our training program. Test your sensory skills or discover first-hand how processing transforms the aroma and flavour of coffee!
